A two-minute check before your next BREEAM scheme
The BREEAM Tool Fit Check is a short scorecard from Darren Evans Ltd. It looks at your next BREEAM scheme and tells you whether a demo of our BREEAM tool, and a conversation about how we would run your assessment, is worth your time right now.
What the check does
Nine short questions: what kind of organisation you are, when you next need BREEAM help, what stage the scheme is at, who your assessor is, the rating you need, how many BREEAM schemes you start a year, what costs your team most, who chooses the assessor, and how much of the week goes on BREEAM admin.
Contractors and developers get a fit score out of 18. We use it to decide who to call first. It never stops anyone booking a demo.
If the timing is right, you can book a demo with Darren straight away. If it is too early, we say so and point you to our free Built-In Scorecard instead. BREEAM assessors and consultancies can join the waiting list for a version they can use with their own clients.
